House Hacking Roommate Advertisement

Hi there!

So, suppose I'm going to house hack in an area that is family-oriented. Has it been easy for you to advertise the home with tenants knowing you'll be living in the property as well? What would the ad wording look like? Additionally, have you ever house-hacked with a family before?

Thanks in advance!

Oh yea, people definitely do :) I would mention all of things that you provide and pay for (including which utilities, if any) and also be very clear that it is a room in a house.

You can also encourage a group of young professionals, which seems to work pretty well.
