Call the lender, demand to speak to a Vice President or Executive, and say you are filing a CFPB complaint if this is not resolved in a timely manner.

If your putting your property on the MLS then if a agent brings a Spanish speaking buyer then the agent would already be bilingual 99.999% of the time. 

I have otherwise good tenants who can't help colonizing the hallway with their crap blocking the way of other tenants even after speaking to them several times.
