Where can i find a Bilingual Agent w/ Owner Finance experience?

Hey BiggerPockets Community!

I am trying to figure out the best way to find the right real estate agent. This agent would be fluent in english/spanish, and be extremely familiar in Owner/Seller Financed Notes.

Any suggestions on where to find such an agent?

Start by telling us what part of Texas you need this individual to work in. Texas is bigger than France you know so giving you references from Austin won't do you any good if you need them in El Paso.

So it appears you don’t have a property currently for sell.

You could simply pay someone to translate or they could bring their own translator. If your putting your property on the MLS then if a agent brings a Spanish speaking buyer then the agent would already be bilingual 99.999% of the time.

As a bilingual real estate investor and agent in ELP I can say that it is uncommon that seller's want to keep a note after they sell. Are you trying to buy? I know a couple of lenders (residential and commercial) that can guide you to help you qualify in case you need them let me know.

I work with the best brokers in town and they have a ton of experience and relationships with lawyers that can deal with wraparound mortgages / land contracts, etc Thanks,

Esmeralda McGee is who you are looking for— she sells tons of stuff that they buy sub-to and then does a wrap-around (owner finance) mortgage...and she’s bilingual. I’ll shoot you her number by PM.
