There is plenty of room in the market for improved technology for property management.  

I read a book by Norm Brodsky (Street Smarts) and he said when he quit practicing law to become an entrepreneur he worked several jobs on the ground floor (including a car wash!)

With the Internet playing the disruptive technology, I think this section of NC code is mostly obsolete.

As far as personal folders and what not, I think gmail can do everything you need as well as allow tags and easy searchThese are just my thoughts, I don't like to pay for technology when a free alternative is there.
