Just sort the material so you are not mixing different materials load it up and go dump it.Being the Dumpster Dominator that I am, I would rather dump for free when I have TONS of the stuff than weigh down my dumpster if and when it is time and cost effective to do so.Some of you may find this as a viable option so I am passing it along if you have similar facilities in your area.In a recent trip, I took some pics at the concrete recycling facility below.

If by some miracle someone can develop a program to see current pics of the insides of homes via VR or some kind of technology than I would be very scared if I was a agent.

The only drawback of RentPrep is that you have to ask tenants to fill out a paper application, scan it then email it back to you.

You could add pics of work you have done or managed in the past and what you are doing to educate also.Out of curiosity I will be looking into some properties in NA to see if buy and hold makes sense for positive cashflow even for some older places.

I had it done and when the closing actually took place the closing attorney we used,  did a "mail away" which was actually an "e-mail away" I received the documents, signed and scanned them back to them so the POA was not even needed.Hang in there!
