got a basement for rent in my house and posted it everywhere on craiglist, postlets, trulia, zillow and few others, not getting any phone calls. Rent is decent and place is fully furnished.

Heres my listing: http://www.postlets.com/rtpb/9315183

Any advice?

I dont think basements rent well in Ypsi. hell, i dont think basements rent well in any area other than Toronto.

the price is decent. but agree with the others. the pictures are terrible, the TV looks like it will fall off the table. a fan in the middle of the room?

clean it up, organize, take clutter away, take better pictures.

the price is great for all the free stuff you are giving them. i'd rent that in a heart beat if i was a student.

list it on EMU campus, also list it with an agent. won't hurt. their traffic is higher.

just be careful because it does not have an egress window and it's illegal to have a room in a basement without one.
