Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I just turned 18 a couple months ago and while I do work a 9-5 job, it is my dream to not have to do this forever.

I realized that I have more to work with than I thought (both financially, and just "knowledge").

Currently, I’m working on clearing my debt and saving as much as possible, with plans to start my journey by house hacking with my partner.

This is alot of hard work, the hardest. 

You could invest passively by being a private lender (earning high interest), being a money partner (getting equity and a return for no work), investing in a syndication deal (similar to money partner but on bigger deals where you are one of many investors), buying another investment property and hiring a property management company, or investing in stocks. 

I am working with a property management agent to figure things out. 

All my systems work together so my owning has higher returns the more I expand my co-hosting as I am vertically scaling. 

Get them to call you first when a deal comes to them.I appreciate your goal to automate some processes and I'm sure in your field it happens all of the time, but there is no replacement for good 'ol person contact and networking.

the first property I purchased was in Cleveland back in 2005 a single family that I purchased for  22k cash and i rehabbed it after work and on weekends this property was in the hood I put 12k in it put a tenant in and sold it for 79k to investor who an real estate agent referred me.
