I looked at Trenton for a while in terms of living and considered there myself, however the neighborhoods can change quickly.

Houses in older neighborhoods are being rehabbed and sold for 300k.

Since we just finished a 2-bedroom apartment rehab in central Connecticut I figured I would post some pictures of the finished product as well as some details on the products we used for paint and flooring.This apartment is located in a lower B class neighborhood that will attract solid qualified tenants and the apartment rehab and the materials used reflects that.

I did well on my condo and the neighborhood is definitely great. 

With SDE @ approximately 25% of revenue, I am inclined to pay roughly 1x revenue/4x earnings for this business, would love any opinions otherwise.On the other hand, the idea of growing organically is very appealing.

I'm dealing with a "C" class neighborhood and just need a screening process that I punch in their information and I get the results, of course with me collecting an application fee.

It can be a very long process and may be expensive depending on how you go about it but it can be done.If/when you do go to court  my advice is to be very organized.

You can form the LLC via your state's government website and pay the applicable fees listed.When you apply for an EIN with IRS, you can to choose what type of legal structure, business, or type of organization is being established.
