Form LLC with IRS for free or pay someone

Why would I pay someone (CPA or online tool) to form an LLC when I can do it by myself using the IRS website?

When you apply for an EIN with IRS, you can to choose what type of legal structure, business, or type of organization is being established. And LLC is one of the options.

This gives you your EIN. Which is like a Social Security number for a business. It doesn't actually establish the entity.
