Another is using a land trust and then transfering the beneficial interests or naming the end buyer as the original beneficiary in the transaction and taking a trustee fee.

The reason I bring this up is because I am always comparing the business of real estate to other investments such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, CDs, etc.I'm always asking- What is the real rate of return considering monetary investment, time and energy included?

They offer a service that I know a few people have mentioned would be beneficial (though not the terms I would desire) but it could definitely be useful if used properlyOverall to me it just seems like an institution that realized they can play in the "increased risk" lending area and make a better return.Now if they start asking for payment to the secret club in order to access the loans then yeah I'd run.

I agree to an extent that selecting a name that says what you do can be beneficially, but the name you have chosen for a wholesale business is not only bad, it is dreadful.
