to add to the reply from Zach. that is also the case in ft worth, but with one minor detail. you can prune overhanging tree limbs as long as it doesn't jeopardize the trees health. this has happened to me on my personal property.

This allows me to spend enough time on my W2 job to keep that money flowing in and the health insurance rolling:). 

Despite that, their hospital just underwent major renovations and they've just completed a brand new mental health care facility set to open this month.

I think the BP site is amazing, I love the fact that it is such a generous group of people who clearly have an abundance mentality; that is not trying to grab as much as the property pie as possible but rather seeking ways to make the pie bigger.

I was constantly worried about losing my company paid health insurance, but soon I was earning enough money to buy my own.

The sellers are an elderly couple in poor health and have conveyed to me how badly they need to sell the property.
