I have web sites, bandit signs, print and radio advertising, but what I dont have is a coherent message across all media that says "I can use my creativity to get you out of your disaster of a property, no matter what price or condition"   Basically all of my stuff says I Buy Houses just like everyone else.

OF COURSE i would of loved to sub it out but i didnt have that option as im low income. plus, things like outlets in richmond va, electricians charge $35 a pc. i taught my 14yr old son how to do them because its so easy and it only cost $1.26 with tax.

In this past few weeks I was able to build a basic website, but as semester progresses I believe that I can get it to advanced level if I put some time on building it.My question is, is it crucial to have a website as real estate investor or social media would be enough?
