House with manufactured home over large, full basement.The owner leases the house @ $750, The basement @ $750 and the upstairs at $1,000So that is $2,500/month income.He leases by the year and all 3 units stay full.I have been able to get him down to $270,000 and I personally think this is a great deal, especially for the area!
