Or serve the RCJC form first and if the tenant does not sign, that falls under a similar provision to terminate tenancy as the purposes outlined in subparagraph (E) of paragraph (1) of the bill text?

I then pay:- $1k to local government for a hotel tax (transient occupancy tax in order to operate my rental)- $4k to federal government estimated income tax- $2k to state government estimated income taxDoes this mean I can a) deduct $7k from rental income as other expense in schedule E?

Not the best rate period)-Doesn't matter if it's purchase, refi, cash out-refi (same as above)-Reviewed within the same company (So the criteria is reviewed within Chase alone, and not Chase vs Mortgage Broker vs Portfolio Lender vs Hard Money Lender, etc)What would that ideal candidate look like?
