I recently came across a few BP videos that had me inspired and thats what finally brought me here as of yesterday.

So far I’ve been listening to the pod cast real estate rookie and it’s been great information and very inspirational on how everyone is basically a newbie and just went for it and surprisingly had good success just by taking the first step and sticking through it till the end. 

I spend some time doing google image searches looking for 'inspiration' kitchen pictures with the features I know I want to keep.

Maybe this isn't the correct category to put this.  As I type this out, maybe I'm more so looking for a mentor that could give me some solid advise.  I've made multiple purchases (2 separate primary houses and 2 more ...

I wanted to get my first property before 26, to inspire others in my family that it can be done.

Do you genuinely want to be a landlord and have the time to manage a real estate business?

Work with a handful of people at first and figure out which ones are genuinely interested in helping you, then move away for the one that are not.Best of luck in this world and remember, this business is a marathon, not a Drag race.
