New week. Fresh start. What is motivating you to get up and go?? For me, it was Nick Saban's Speech after he accepted the Leadership Innovation award by The Pacific Institute in January, 2010. It is an old video, but worth listening to. Here is the link:

    Our motivation is seeing the finish line on a renovation and realizing we're on budget. If an investor is aiming for a tenant proof rental property keep that mindset throughout the rehab process. Repeat it to yourself before you buy materials, hire contractors, or swing hammers. As a hands on investor it's easy to get carried away.
