Renting out a cave for an STR?
There are some cliffs out where I live and there are some caves there. Nothing too deep, maybe 30 to 50 feet deep. Temperature stays about 65 degrees year round. What do you think about putting in some cots, a propane camping grill and some other amenities? There is a spring near the mouth of the cave people can use for water. There is also an abundance of firewood, since the cave is in the woods. There is also an abundance of small game like rabbits, squirrels, pheasant and grouse that people can eat. There are also some apple, pear, pecan and walnut trees in the woods for other food sources.
What are your 2 cents on this idea?
