Looking back I wish I had gone with a 4-unit instead.Lots of great info here on the forums and the BP Podcasts.

I've seen too many people who appear healthy, working their tails off and then they deteriorate way too young and never get to even enjoy "retirement age" (regardless of whether they actually retire or not).Based on what I've read here (on BP forums) and after speaking to family/friends we decided to grow our investment portfolio further.

The podcast had a wealth of information given the volume of episodes they have as well, and any direct questions you have personally, asking on the forums is always a good idea.

One of the many things that makes BP so great is that there is people such as yourself that go out of their way daily to share their experiences via forum posts which end up helping others.

Listen to the last 50 or so bigger pockets podcasts and spend at least a month reading this forum and you will learn a lot and be much closer to buying something safely that will be worth it
