Living in MA buying in NH
Hey everyone!
I am new to BP and am looking to purchase my first rental property. I bought my first house in MA where I reside, but have had fear of purchasing an income property. I was looking in New Hampshire because house prices have become very inflated in MA. Just wanted to get some feedback if this sounds like a good idea/area? Is it a good time to buy? I was looking at Dover/Portsmouth for a small one family but am a bit lost in terms of what to look for and what property in NH would generate the most income. I am new to this and am a bit lost so any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance.
