Please note these were the cellular style, not sure how they stack up with other styles but the quality was excellent and price-wise they beat several of the .com blind stores I checked in addition to HD.

I echo what's already been said - it's critical to set up your legal structure first - and have an excellent team on the ground in your chosen area.Marc Ramsay and Steven Huang, are also from Van and are investing in the US - have a look at their posts.

And with appreciation being in the single digits in those markets, there is not much to be made there either.
