The tenant is permitted to pay the difference,she is either making an honest mistake or lying to get cheaper rent.Tell her to pay the difference or you will move on to someone who will.Make her produce something in writing that you can verify.She can't of course so be prepared to move on to the next candidate.

he does not need conventional financing he could simply owner finance them all if the redevelopment play does not come to fruition.. probably be some very nice returns if he held the paper and sold them for double what he is in them  Right, I was saying that the other sellers are going to have a hard time selling on the open market, which could/should let him pick them up for cheaper
