Be careful in this... without leases and background checks, they sound like warm body tenants... they're there, but they aren't paying rents and they are likely to be professional tenants.

in fact, if you are directing renters and sellers to your website via craigslist, letters, etc, why not just move the sellers/renters links off the home page, since your marketing for this secondary market is directing them to an internal page.in your latest news section on some pages you mix listings with news articles (not good) but when you click on a news article, the sidebar widget separates between latest news and latest listings (good).skipping back to the sellers/renters/buyers pages, there is no call to action in the body.

Certainly if the problems above are entirely random and not foreseeable based on the choices of the landlord then there would/could be more weight given to changing a law.

With piers going 20 feet down built in to that price, deeper is charged for each additional foot.If you own the house and it's just a rental with no plans of selling it then I would do the weight and see what happens game.
