School District
I'm just getting into looking at flips in the Minneapolis area. My question is, how important is school district when looking at a property? There are several potential flips that otherwise seem worth investigating, but their school ratings are terrible.

Maybe I'm nuts, but for flipping, I don't really care about the school district. I look at the price homes sell for and how long they're on the market. If homes sell quickly in an area with a poorly rated school district, then I'm happy to flip there. If the school district really has an effect on resale of a flip, that should be represented in "days on market" and sales price.
