Aside from any penalties imposed by your city, if the tenant has any kind of rental agreement and it turns out you cannot hold up your end of the deal by providing said unit, you have broken a contract.Let me give you an example:I had a neighbor at an industrial property convert a garage illegally into a studio apartment.

@Joel Owens I just did the following on chrome and it worked for meTo disable auto play video / audio ads: Open Settings in Google Chrome.Click 'Show advanced settings'Click 'Content settings'Switch Plug-ins to 'Click to play' from 'Run Automatically'
