The door opening for more rental owners to get into the year round business travel industry.

I'm testing my theory using Airbnb and HomeAway platforms, then I'm going to use LinkedIn for direct recruitment.

Currently I'm on track to collect my entire 2016 net income for this unit by October. .

Do you think I'll be able to  rent a car as part of the housing package?

@Al Williamson   I am probably not a representative of the target market.. however I would personally never use one of those for business travel unless  I had an extended stay..

so for me who does not have an expense account to charge too and has to pay 100% of my travel personally.

Its like the move  UP in the AIR with Clooney.

We are points junkies..

I fly only the airlines that I get points on .. I only fly first class.. as the extra money is insignificant vis a vi the perks I get.. 2X to 3X miles..

I only stay at hotels that I have my points with and that's Hilton products. .. I can find cheap in their product line or like my stay coming up in Indy will stay downtown at the Conrad...

When you as a business traveler add in all these perks that you would never get on Air bnb .. plus being top tier status with airlines and hotels and are really treated that way...

So at the end of a travel season for me.. I have gained enough points to fly first class anywhere in the world for free  ( last year was Singapore an Thailand) ( 14k was what it would have cost for 2 tickets round trip)   and get free hotel for 10 to 15 days.. ( 2 years ago 10 days at the Hilton Waikaloa all for FREE.. simply by being loyal to the brand.

I think that is the business man perspective..

Not sure how many other road warriors like myself are on BP.. but I fly right at 60 to 70k miles a year and that does not include my private aviation up and down the west coast.

So for me personally to save a few bucks and get no perks doing an air Bnb or vrbo in a BUSINESS setting just has zero appeal..

I am sure I am in the VAST minority here..

And if you have your company paying for it.. they will put you were they are going to put you.
