I'm looking for a small to mid size property development company in the commercial space (Ideally developing self storage buildings or multi-unit residential buildings).

I'm looking for a small to mid size property development company in the commercial space (Ideally developing self storage buildings or multi-unit residential buildings).

They work 7-6 roughly and would mainly use the place for storage and parking and office space.

I currently pay over 2300 a month for a 1 bedroom + storage unit, and with a home I'd have the option to get a roommate, I'd say for at least 1200, or more if I found a home with an adu, which is pretty common around here. 

We are out of state so we are using Property Management. 2 Bedroom, 1 bath, great storage, 1000 sq feet, could probably get it for $55,000.It's a 3rd floor unit in a development with maybe 10, apartment style, buildings. 

That's illegal on the federal level, as they are considered to be medical devices, not animals.

The storage area is actually the bedroom. 

We will be needing this space done to use it as storage while we go live in one of my Airbnbs.

The shed may show on permit records as 'unfinished storage'...maybe, but you'll need that to be 'living space' or 'finished storage' to count, and that is done through obtaining a permit and passing final inspection.I'm finishing up a JV flip of a 1319sf 3/1 house that we turned into a 3/1.5.
