There are also pro’s and con’s with selling to investors vs owner occupants.

As far as I know, the City doesn't have people out knocking on doors of ADUs seeing if the occupant is a STR or LTR.

Overall occupancy is less than we originally thought and startup expenses were high, and there are new VAT regulations that are increasing prices across the board, but so far there have been enough bookings to offset all expenses.
