Would you use non- professional pictures to get the listing up and showings scheduled for at least one weekend day or just wait for the photographer and list midweek?

In my "Introduce yourself post" I detailed how this past weekend, the weekend of the 9th through the 11th, I had to drive to Clayton N.C. and back to Corpus Christi, Tx.

We went live with two awesome single family listings on Thursday and we have booked 62 shoings for the weekend between the two of them!!

Assuming everything goes as planned, I'm going to be spending a minimum for 8 weekends/year up in Big Bear, so I'm very curious about buying a place up there that I can use on the weekends I'll be there and then renting it out the remainder of the time.  

I have appointments with him next weekend to view the homes and estimate repairs. 

With financing, you should be able to cover your costs on gulf front, but you can’t use it many holiday weekends or summer months.  

I am hoping to have it done and refinanced by Christmas.
