The house is a little over 2000 sq ft, newer roof (less than 5 yrs), newer windows (less than 5 yrs), 12 yr old water heater, multizone heat (1 year old furnace), forced air AC ( approx 1 yr), living room, family room, unfinished BS, 4 beds and 2.5 baths.

You can do an air pressure test for plumbing, don't know about gas.

It's generally a terrible way to heat, as it's almost always the most expensive option on the utility bill(versus gas forced air or gas hot water, for example.)

The forced air furnace were installed I just never realized there were no condensers on the property, which would have been the first sign it wasn't included.
