.: I am interested in pursuing the legal structure of creating a land trust that owns the investment property and the land trust is within a WY LLC.I have spoken to NCH, but I was wondering if any of you have recommendations of other companies that can help setup this structure for houses outside of WY.Thanks in advance**I am NOT looking for comments on why this is useless, unnecessary etc.Land trusts will be the future of property investment and ownership in the coming years.

Hey David,I’ve had over 20 years of experience working with local banks in the Tampa area for cash-out refis on investment properties.

BUT, in my 45 years of real estate investing, brokering, syndicating, advising, I’ve come to the conclusion that investors go in PRIMARILY interested in one or the other. 

I plan on holding onto this property for many years to come.

I know many out of country investors that pay cash in the Cleveland markets for years,  Yes a lot of people buying cash but also plenty that are using financing in this market with DSCR financing. 

Refinancing a VA 30 year home loan from a 6.045% to a 5.125%.

I just did one for an entity I created this year.
