Just sucks working a job you aren't passionate about and wasting 10 hours of precious time when you could be getting more rest, reading, planning instead of doing the same mundane tasks.

So I'm taking this passion and running with it!

My goal is to get out of Corporate America, have more time for my passions (real estate & yoga), grow as much as I can in every area of my life, have control and complete freedom of my life. 

In reality, it is my passionate side-hustle and ironically am doing more deals than average FT agent. 

We've got our first flip coming along nicely and will have some investing money to work with this summer.One of us is really passionate about turnkey investing with either Jason Hartman or Mid-South Home Buyers.  

I'm a Realtor in Southern California with a passion for real estate investing.

I'll start: I'm Casey, a creative director / marketer by profession and a lifelong-learner with a passion for entrepreneurial ventures and a knack for numbers... so a passionate right/left brainer. 

Most of the time the "surprises" just seem fabricated for TV to me.I will say though that watching those shows 10-12 years ago really got me started and developed my passion for REI. 

Even something as simple as being able to say that you are pursuing your degree in RE can mean an awful lot when it comes to a job interview with a property management company or something similar as it shows that you are genuinely interested in learning about this field and see this position that you are applying for as more than just a job, but it is your passion. 

I am realizing that my passion is not accounting, but the actual investing in real estate (analyzing potential deals, development projects, flips, etc).
