Turnkey Properties through Jason Hartman or Mid-South Home Buyers

Hi BP Community,

My two friends and I are new to the RE world but we've jumped head in.  We've got our first flip coming along nicely and will have some investing money to work with this summer.

One of us is really passionate about turnkey investing with either Jason Hartman or Mid-South Home Buyers.  The numbers all check out great but from the forums and articles I've read there seems to be a really mixed bag of feelings towards turnkey properties.  I'm torn on the subject.

What are you experiences with Jason Hartman/Mid-South Home Buyers? Would you suggest moving our earnings off our flips into turnkey buy and hold properties?
