People coming from out of state(mainly New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts) are targeting the Jupiter school districts and seem to be willing to pay way over asking because prices down here are still much cheaper than up North The quality of living is seen as higher down here as well.

There is tons of data for crime reports, job growth, population growth, quality of schools, etc.

We've started increasing our rehab budgets when analyzing properties to try and attract higher quality contractors.

The market is increasing, but you can find quality duplexes for under $150k in C+ neighborhoods with quality tenants.
