Need a reliable contractor Houston area

Ok BP Community,

I know I am asking for your first born child BUT....... can anyone recommend a reliable contractor for flipping and buy & hold? Currently I am flipping (have 4 deals going) but my contractor is not great when it comes to staying on the timeline. There are so many things that come up during these deals. I mean the first one is off track by 3 months. I am still going to make a profit but it is like herding cats to keep him on track. Any recommendations would be awesome!

Thank you,

-Ronnie

Hey @Ronnie Galindo, I would be more than happy to connect you with our contractor. We have recently been working with him on contract terms that both parties sign of course, stating that for every day that the project is delayed after his projected deadline we deduct a certain amount and for every day he finishes early we give him a bonus. Again this is something both parties agree to and thus far has been working like a charm. Also to give you an idea our projects are more cosmetic work and not full rehabs.
