President Orange Cheeto?

the over the air software updates are rolling out really fast.. my cars now can spot orange traffic cones  stop signs etc this all in advance of the FSD ( full Self Driving).. now I did not spend the money on it personally as I like to drive..

I know that there is a big developer in Orange County, Ca that has bought many SFR around Disneyland, rehab the houses, and then turned them into Airbnb rentals.

I'm currently renting in Orange County, so my goals are to 1) look for a permanent residence to purchase and 2) start with 1-2 rental investments as additional assets to supplement my income.

Orange Park is also a good area to look at for rentals and is continuing to expand.

The map will start to turn all shades of orange. 

I know that this became popular years ago, and am wondering if the low hanging fruit has been picked. 

Hey guys it's Alex again , I was wondering , do investors down in Orange county, (specifically Huntington beach /Westminster area ) still use bird dogs ?

What do you all think for area from Orange Park to Argyle and out to Oakleaf.

We have been helping a lot of investors purchase here in the Orange Beach AL Gulf Shores AL area this year & they have all seen pricing go up while they are under contract.
