Hello Folks - I am attempting to refinance a home that I have rented out and keep running into maximum loan to value limitations. 

I have been in RE sales for 40 years I can tell you I have seen it all.. from weekend warriors to really hot sales folks men and women who went on to do great things financially for themselves and they did it with sales skills.

often folks can get credit immediately after a bankruptcy because lenders know they cannot file again for many years. 

Gives me more trust toward these folks, even though we've just met.4) I got some good advice (I think) about some options for the home my brother and I have in Madera.  

If you share the output with the folks here, that will help guide the discussion.  

You need to have a relationship with as many flippers and "fix and hold" folks as possible.  

You have money which is a leg up on a lot of folks.
