EB5 cost a lot of money to set up takes time etc.. and the only reason your investor do that is to get a automatic green card and they will already know of this if that is their motivation.

There is however likely a alteriar motive for her to want to evict you so if I were you I would be asking to get out of your lease and move asap.

I want to start a business of some sort.

It is not an easy issue to address as Mexico does not have the resources or political motivation to address the issue.

I believe the seller is asking a bit much for the property and at this point is not highly motivated, but is willing to negotiate.  

Anyone have any thoughts or experiences with this sort of thing?
