I've recently started going to REI meet ups and interacting with more experienced investors as a useful way to expand my knowledge.

But my crew has my email at the bottom of their signature line with the note that I'm the supervisor and they can reach me if they need to.In the other direction, I will not allow a client to directly interact with a resident of a property I manage.
