I use excel now and while it does the job well enough, it's relatively cumbersome to have to manually input every formula and number.

@Stanley Kong in many cases the seller is asked to sign a form that verifies the data is correct that has been input by the agent.

@Jay Hinrichs, I agree that there are a lot of things that can go wrong during a construction project, but I'm using a modular system of building, so we don't have all the headache of bad framing/roofing contractors, etc etc.I appreciate the input!
