Does anyone have any tips, techniques or experiences they would like to share on how a new real estate investor that is trying to get in the game should go about obtaining and mentor and establishing a team

That was the plan and I was just going to drive myself (possible bring my dog if I can find a dog friendly hotel), but my bf doesn't like that idea and wants to come with me, but he's not too excited about going to the wedding so he wants to make the trip worth his time.

Do you have any tips on setting this up effectively without breaking the bank on legal and other filing fees?

I'm trying to get ahead of my first year of filing taxes as an LLC and I want to leverage a good partner with the best tax strategies and tips/tricks to help my business grow.

Cabelas, gander mountain, 4 hotel chains, numerous restaurants, a dozen food trucks, and more have opened in the last little while.

You contact new tenant and explain, there will be a delay but there is a problem the new tenant has already moved out of their old home and is now staying with family or at a hotel until Jan 1st.
