i have a duplex, both units are 2 bedroom and both are currently rented. I have a 6 unit house, all units one bedroom not currently rented and a 4 bedroom house that also has a 1 bedroom apartment on the back. All properties are located in toledo ohio. We really want to relocate but are unsure what to do with these properties
