I still know people that buy those type of properties but that space is very competitive as compared to a SFH.Another thing I found is that tenants in multifamily units tend to be more transient as compared to tenants in a SFH rental.

Heavy sodium hypochlorite will kill any mold or mildew spores out there, as chlorine kills virtually anything that it comes into contact with (some protozoa and cysts can escape in water).
