I have worked on heavy commercial jobs, hew home construction, additions, remodels, touched on land development and large project management (mixed use building with 265 apartments), and maintenance for University of Washington.Now I am looking to grow my own company, invest in real estate, and network.Im excited that I came across this site.

Not sure if you are interested in going so far but Colorado State University offers an actual degree in real estate.

My husband, Nathan, works for Geico in Macon and I am currently in nursing school at Clayton State University.  

And the universal answer is "it depends."

Is there a universeal  or do I just make up my own contracts thanks.

In a few weeks, I will start working for a Global Management Consulting Company from USA based in Bogota's office, so I hope that this could also help me..
