Good morning,Where might a find a good "how to" on marketing my (mostly) multi family real estate portfolio to foreign investors?

I've been investing for 10 years now and have been involved as a single family landlord, apartment complex partner, rehabber, foreign property owner in the Philippines and Belize, and wholesaler.

Start with an LLC and an umbrella policy ( like 99%) of people do.. that cost you 500 bucks or so for the first year then grow into your asset protection strategies as your assets grow with you business.The reality of getting judgments especially if they are foreign judgments ( other states than were you live and work) recorded perfected and collecting on is pretty difficult for a plaintiff.
