Hello all,

I've been lurking on the site for a while now but just never seem to get around to posting.

My name is Ryan More and some will probably recognize me from the local networking events. I've been investing for 10 years now and have been involved as a single family landlord, apartment complex partner, rehabber, foreign property owner in the Philippines and Belize, and wholesaler. I own one of the HomeVestors offices in town and have a small office off of Walters Road and FM 1960. I'm also a "part time" airline pilot and fly international flights based at LAX. I spend way more time on real estate than I do flying hence the part time label!

I've recently partnered on some new construction projects and am looking to do more of that in the near future. I'm happy to help out in any way I can and get some help from time to time as well.
