It gives you outlines of each house plus street names.Then in Excel or Powerpoint, I am able to paste and crop that screen capture (taken by hitting the PrtScn button and then pasting).

Other passions of mine include precious metal investing, practicing Mixed Martial Arts, working with various charities, and anything that puts me on or near the water :)My goals and reasons for joining: I am the first to admit I know very little about land investing.

Excellent news.

The numbers would be excellent with out the 1450/mo utilities.

I just received excellent service so I recommend them where I can.

There are more streetside cafes and art galleries and a new Design District expansion currently underway set to bring even more high end retail to the area.

I find myself doing market comp research by scrolling up and down the page, putting every single comps information into my self made Excel spread sheet and then doing my math adjustments.

Or is there another place that may be more organized.Would you mind posting "excellent" deal presentations that we can take a look at?
