Hello all,

My name is Andrew and I am excited about the wealth of information I have already come across on this site. I currently work full time in the Oil Industry as an Wholesale Pricing Oil Analyst. Though I like what I do, I am looking for a career that will give me a bit more flexibility and allow me to control my financial destiny. I just turned 30 and purchased my first home last year. I learned a lot through this process and it has urged me to dive into this industry a little deeper. Other passions of mine include precious metal investing, practicing Mixed Martial Arts, working with various charities, and anything that puts me on or near the water :)

My goals and reasons for joining: I am the first to admit I know very little about land investing. For now, I would like to stick to just land investments however you tell me if this is a newbie mistake. I am here to take any advice, especially for a new investor and hopefully find a local mentor. I am a hard worker who learns best with a hands on approach. Please if you have any advice or suggestions leave me a message.

There is no wrong place to start investing. Where you start will be directed by what you have to get started and what you want out of RE investing. 

I have bought hundreds of land deals. I like to call it land banking. 

I would be happy to speak with you to answer any questions you may have.
