My goals for the future are to network and build many strong connections, own rental properties, flip houses for resale (seeming as my experience will help with the rehab process) and to make wholesale deals.

. #1 make sure you have a deal worth having #2 market the deal to REIA's and other places until you find a interested buyer.even if you dont find one for that property in 6months(and the contract falls through after 6 months) you would have gained a lot of knowledge and connections that could help further your goals and career in the business.

I will be working to accomplish this goal and will let you know when I achieve it. 

I am asking for advice on how to start back into the real estate business, with my first goal to be to acquire more multi/single family rentals to buy and hold for cash flow, and also to fix and flip some homes so i can build up some cash reserves and pay off my student loans.  

My goal is to be able to take out, about 20-30K with a HELOC within a year after purchasing a property.

My end goal is to invest in apartments for long term holds.I'm looking for other investors, wholesalers, and cash-buyers, in the Hampton or Newport News area that are interested in networking with me. 

My goal is to get into house hacking and have my first property by the end of the year.

I was thinking along the lines of keeping 4 months of gross rents as reserves at all times and a goal of getting my portfolio to 65% debt to purchase price.

My goal for the year was to buy two properties, but for some reason I feel kind of lost on how to accomplish that goal.

I have some pretty big goals, as we all do starting out.
