I am a motivated 25 year old living in the DFW area. My goal is to get into house hacking and have my first property by the end of the year. I make $60k a year with $13k saved currently. I haven’t had much luck finding great deals on multi family properties that are within a reasonable price range. I am just starting out and am seeking at much knowledge as possible on the subject. Any and all advice is much appreciated!!
