Being able to tell a potential client that you are a Realtor gives you more credibility as well.

I recommend consulting your attorney in all matters related to the law.Ok, I assume that every state has its own laws governing real estate but, I believe that in some states a listing agent is not required to present certain offers if the seller signs an agreement to that effect.  

I'm still learning the stuff in her book still but I am excited for what's to come this year for me and that hopefully I will be able to help guide others who are struggling financially and getting them more independent from government.

I was thinking of a low dollar amount just cause, exactly what you said, there is no credibility to my leads (yet!).
